Going down the slide with Ellie [VIDEO]

This morning, while enjoying some fresh air at the park, Ellie and Jack had another moment of cuteness together. Ellie took Jack down the slide with her and they both came out with big smiles on their faces, cuddling each other. 😍 Continue reading “Going down the slide with Ellie [VIDEO]”

Jack playing with bubbles in the tub [VIDEO]

I was giving Jack a bath the other night and we treated him to some bubbles in the tub.

After realising that he could scoop them up and transport them to other surfaces, my face became his new target. Continue reading “Jack playing with bubbles in the tub [VIDEO]”

Piloting a plane

We recently were told about a cool park adjacent to Albert Whitted Airport, a small municipal airport on the water in downtown St Pete.

The park is airport-themed: the climbing equipment is aeroplane-shaped and the paths in the park are even laid out and striped like an airfield’s taxiways and runways.

Becoming more interactive

Jack seems to be a bit slower than Ellie to pick up on speech, but then given how exceptionally she speaks, that’s perhaps not a wonder.

Nonetheless, Jack is very interactive. He jokes and plays and definitely understands what you’re saying.

This afternoon, just before we read a book, I thought we’d take a little picture together and Jack loved it, seeing himself on the screen and smiling at himself. Continue reading “Becoming more interactive”

Jack giving out hugs and kisses [VIDEO]

Jack is one insanely adorable child. He now understands when you ask for hugs and kisses and the way he comes up to you to give them out, including the way he tries to wrap his arms around you is enough to melt anyone’s heart. Continue reading “Jack giving out hugs and kisses [VIDEO]”
